Uzrokovana je nepotpunom sinhronizacijom misaonog procesa i
govornog iskaza. Manifestuje se u nepravilnom izgovoru pojedinih glasova,
ispuštanju glasova slogova i riječi zbog pretjerane brzine govora. Nekad je to
nerazumljiv govor.
Tahilalija se može otklanjati:
- produžavanjem vremena posmatranja (slike, predmeta, modela...),
- čitanja teksta, tj. odlaganjem početka govora o tome,
- vježbama slušanja i opononašanja uzročnog govora.
